A Note to Those With Loved Ones at Rosa Bonheur Memorial Park
Dear Friends,
The Rosa Bonheur Society was formed in May 2007 in response to the need for
continued maintenance of the cemetery. We are a group that is independent from
previous efforts, but supportive of those efforts that seek to preserve the
cemetery.
We are an active group of volunteers that meet every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 1
p.m. Our primary goal is to attempt to provide a pleasant atmosphere for
visiting your loved ones. Our activities have to date included mowing, edging,
trash removal, weed removal, painting, and minor landscape correction, such as
the raising of sunken monuments and the filling of empty holes that have
developed over time. In the future we hope to expand our activities to other
areas of maintenance that will aid in the preservation of this beautiful
cemetery.
One of our greatest joys is meeting and hearing from people that have loved ones
at the cemetery. If you would like to contact the Rosa Bonheur Society please
feel free to either e-mail us at:
rosabonheursociety@juno.com,
or visit during our Sunday work hours. Also, be assured that all
communications are both private and confidential and will not be posted on any
website or shared with any other individuals or organizations.
Sincerely,
Candy Warden
